Last night, I had some girlfriends over for dinner, even though it was just a casual get together, I still wanted it to be pretty. When I got home from work, I searched the internet for some inspiration (and drank a glass of wine) and then it was time to begin styling the table. I picked neutral elements and then added a splash of blue. It was simple, but still lovely! Some people enjoy to cook, I enjoy the set-up and thus, the table was prettier then the food.

MarthaStewart.com, is a tablescape that I would love to recreate on the next girl's dinner. I love the rustic feel, but the touch of gold keeps it elegant.
