As we begin to transition from Summer to Fall, and the days begin to become shorter
and cooler, we thought we would help you prepare for this transition with High Tea, a cocktail! The recipe for High Tea was adopted from
Southern Cocktails by Denise Gee. If you don't own this little gem of a book, you can find it
here. I received it as a graduation gift from college and it has become my "go to" for easy entertaining recipes.

High Tea is the southern twist on Long Island iced tea. It is sweet tea with lemon-infused rum and a lemon wedge.

Here is the recipe:
2 oz. Lemon-Infused Rum
2 oz. Chilled Sweet Tea
Lemon Wedge (garnish)
Pour the rum and tea into a glass filled with ice and mix well. Add the garnish.
